Protecting this extended time allows us to build trust and safety with more ease, knowing the expansiveness of the relationship container has also expanded. Larger time containers allow room for more safety, freedom, and potential for self-growth.

2 week Focus - $475

2 live online sessions AND 2 music video trades (limited to 3 client spots/month)

  • In addition to what you’d receive in 1 session, we can have more momentum to facilitate healthy movement and growth through an issue/state by using music and songs that your body enjoys both live and via confidential recorded video/audio recordings

  • Curated Spotify Playlist- we’ll collaboratively create a playlist of music focused on your specific identity, culture, and vibrations that your body enjoys and finds healing based on our assessment and work together

  • Play and build on multiple Modern Music Therapy games, which can deepen your somatic and cognitive understanding of an issue/state that requires more time and attention due to its traumatic, ongoing, or painful nature


1 Month Focus - $950

4 live online sessions AND 4 music video trades (limited to 2 client spots/month)

  • In addition to all of the offerings above, you will receive…

  • Curated Spotify Playlist- we’ll collaboratively create a playlist of music focused on your specific identity, culture, and vibrations that your body enjoys and finds healing based on our assessment and work together

  • Explore multiple Expressive Arts modalities including and not limited to

    • Dance/Movement- embody the song and let the song embody any part(s) of your body that feel inspired and moved by the song>> add charisma, clarity and emotional connection to your on and off-screen presence through practicing embodying your authentic self(ves) with music.

    • Playing Instrument(s)/Objects- more attention to breath and how you move air /energy/life through our bodies as we co-regulate to your favorite songs and artists.

    • Voice- singing, spoken word, reading aloud>> getting better at engaging and speaking authentically with others on and off-screen

    • ADDED OPTION of Visual Art- see what is going on in your unconscious mind and let your body show you what is happening through visual art and images we can create in real-life and even collaborate on digitally>> become more mindful and present about your speech and actions by discovering your own blindspots that inevitably developed in the real-world where really racist, sexist, and gender-biased systems were the norm. (It is ok to admit those parts of us exist and needs some weeding and tending to in order to maintain respect and strong connections with others around you/community, and ultimately bring a sense of fulfillment based on ongoing authentic connections and caring).

  • Play and build on multiple Modern Music Therapy games, which can deepen your somatic and cognitive understanding of an issue/state that requires more time and attention due to its traumatic, ongoing, or painful nature

  • Expand your understanding of why an issue/state is continuing to happen by giving more time and attention to your history and the specific contexts around family, caregivers, and traumatic experiences from when and where you grew up.
