Hanging on & Letting Go together

Somatic Music Healing Circles

dot-center-dance-therapy

A safe container held with music, play, and kindness.

Through authentic group interactions, deeper levels of self-awareness can be developed more quickly and retained more easily.
This creates the resiliency and capacity to surf the inevitable traumas and transitions of everyday life that occur from simply being alive.
This then allows us to transform pain into power together.

What Will We Do?

We’ll meet online to get to know each other through both music and talking, and organically build a strong foundation of trust that allows us to access parts of you that have been difficult for you to reach and heal on your own.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Add favorite songs that your body enjoys, so that both your mind and body can settle into comforting vibrations that allow you to be more present and ready to engage in your own healing.

  • Use music to access hidden emotions and sensations that are being defended against in order to find out what they may need to heal.

  • Hold our discoveries with curiosity, courage, and compassion.

  • Practice the process of safe co-regulation to strengthen your own ability to self-regulate.

  • Transform what we learn into wisdom toward your ongoing growth and successes.
