“Let‘s re-establish and support states of vitality and connection.”

A year into the pandemic, many of us continue to feel isolated, disconnected and deprived of our go-to remedies for managing the stress of it all. These are all markers of pandemic fatigue. As adaptive and resilient as we are, we are feeling it!  The time calls for new and ongoing practices that re-establish and support states of vitality and connection.

On Friday, April 30 at 3pm. DOT Center therapist, Hannah Rosales will offer a free 45-minute workshop that explores the impact of pandemic fatigue. Content will draw on Polyvagal Theory to equip you with an understanding of how your nervous system adaptively responds to pandemic stress.

This workshop will serve as an introduction session to an upcoming 3-part series aimed at identifying and remedying symptoms of disconnection unique to this time.
